I live in São Paulo, Brazil, and hold a degree in Social Communication. I have been working as a Product Designer since 2013 and as a Service Designer since 2020. Throughout my career, I have worked on several human-centered projects, focusing on research, UI/UX design, journey mapping, and solution development for complex environments.
I believe design is a tool for improving systems, experiences, and relationships through active listening, collaboration, and experimentation.
